Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or USPS processing times are impacted outside our control, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS 1st Class for orders under 1lb, and USPS Priority for larger purchases. In both cases, USPS delivery times range from 2-5 business days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or contact us and will also assist.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Customer Satisfaction is very important to us.
Our policy lasts 30 days for physical products after date of delivery. If there is a defect with the product, please return it to us so we can inspect the product, improve our processes if necessary, and replace or refund if necessary. We will issue a credit or refund for items returned to us.
